Estas devem receber uma dose de dTpa a cada gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, \u200ba partir da 20\u00aa semana, de modo a conferir imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o passiva para t\u00e9tano e coqueluche ao feto e ao rec\u00e9m-nascido. \u200bSe n\u00e3o vacinadas durante a gravidez, devem receber uma dose ap\u00f3s o parto\u200b, o mais precocemente poss\u00edvel (de prefer\u00eancia ainda na maternidade).\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Refor\u00e7os:<\/b>\u00a0pode ser feita como dose de refor\u00e7o aos 4-5 anos de idade, em adolescentes, adultos e idosos.
